so find and replace is what I can do

the stuff which is on top is not for multipe usergroups, thats the one with usergroup 6 in it, which is working for me already

thx didnt know that this is possible, by the way I could need such a hack / mod, where first post is always on top, and can be edited, which one is this, want to have that too
