I'm looking for hack; allow the forum admin to control the threads and replays in each forum around 24 hours for each member or user group.

For example, the admin can specify the number of new threads and replays for example Code Modifications vB3 forum to be "2" new topics and 10 replays only for 24 hours.

For another forum it could be "5" new topics and "20" replays only for 24 hours, and of course for each member...
