I installed it exactly as it said. I got an error. So I uninstalled it and installed it again, very carefully. I got the same error again:

I have:

vbindex.php
vbiconfig.php

at:

..I also tried placing them in:

..and I have:

functions_vbiupgrade.php
vbindex_phrases.xml
