That should have done the job.

Upload the install_vbgarage.php to your admincp folder and run part two only, "update after vBulletin upgrades".

You can also rerun any step of the upgrade.

Let me know how many updates it says it performed.

What you are describing is as if part one of the upgrade was not or did not run or execute correctly. I'll look into it.

At the end of upgrade part one you will see this...

Pharse and settings upgrade Finished!

3 Updates performed.
Table setting->varname=vbgpopups updated.
Table phrase->varname=setting_vbgpopups_title updated.
Table phrase->varname=setting_vbgpopups_desc updated.

Now you may need to go to
Admin Control Panel->vBulletin Options->vBGarage Options
Update the options and click "SAVE".

You may want to check each groups permissions as well.

Well don't delete the file. Rerun it and do option 2 and 3. oops

I also deleted my two new phrases and one new setting and reran the upgrader step one and it upgraded as expected.
