I have an automotive website and would like to do a tip of the day.

I wondered if there was a hack or a simple modification I can do.

Ideally I would like the tip to be underneath the navbar with a short sentence on each page. The problem I have is to make it revolve to another tip on refresh?

Any help or ideas would be great.
