I'm adding one of the mods from this great forum and one of the instructions is to:

"Add new template "refertofriend" with the following contents:"

and then it has a bunch of php code. I have completed all of the other steps in the instructions but I'm not sure how to actually add/create a new template though I've been browsing the Styles/Template Manager area quite a bit.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
