If you mean removing them from the referrers page, in the thread I linked to I think I said I did that a couple weeks ago when I saw it start on my forum (it started on 5 December). My members aren't really interested in referrers - I just changed the template so no referrers are listed.
I was bored so I also went through the domain and referrer tables used by the hack with phpmyadmin and dumped the porn related entries. I was very unhappy when I first saw the entries but the fix was easy.
