Then just give group 16 access. Then anyone in group 2 that has a secondary group of 16 should have access. Members of group 2 without 16 as a secondary group should not have access.

Thats exactly how I have it set and it doesn't allow group 16 access?? It looks like the code simply looks at primary and not secondary usergroups??
