Adding items to Navbar and getting breadcrumb to reflect them

Hi,

I've done some searching here and haven't yet figured this one out. I've figured out how to add extra items on the Navbar (easy) but can't figure out how to get the respective item reflected in the breadcrumb once I get redirected there.
