Anyway, your header is awesome. But I think you need to work now on your actual vBulletin layout. The header is complex and so well done, yet not much has been done to the layout of the tables themselves. I say if you could have coded that header, you should be able to do some stuff to your core vBulletin tables as well.

Plus you should get rid of some of the buttons that don't match your style. Like the folders in forumdisplay.
