Is there a way to do something like this? What I have in my mind is that there's a single forum where whatever is posted has no username attatched to it so it remains completely anonymous. Open it to both registered and unregistered users. Admins would be able to view IPs for obvious reasons.

Now, I'm no genius at doing stuff like this... But I imagine it would be fairly easy to accomplish. I can't do it though since I'm strapped for time as it is, and I don't have the knowledge to make something as dynamic as someone who's had experience doing this would.
