you need to brush up on your hacking abilities m8 as that hack in your link works fine on vbull 3.Ive used that hack a few times and it does what it says on the label - makes members reply to download an attachment.

Maybe when u uploaded an attachment in the attachment box u proberly never ticked the box to say u want em to reply - take a closer look.
