They are in the admin cp located under styles and templates:

Adminc cp -> Styles & Templates -> click Style Manager ->

A new page will load, beside the style you want to edit select 'Edit templates' from the drop down. On the new page find the template you wish to edit and click the 'edit' link beside it.

Templates are grouped, so you may need to expand a group to edit the template, until you know what you are looking for I recomend you click the '[« »]' link beside 'all template groups' at the top of the page. This will expand all groups and show you all templates.
