Question..

I have HTML turned off because of security concerns. But many of my users want to be able to use it for tables, inserting special HTML characters, etc.

Is there any way to either allow some users to have HTML and not others (so newbies wouldn't have them but oldbies would) or to allow only certain HTML tags while restricting all others?

I apologize in advance if this is a FAQ. I did a search and didn't see anything.
