How Do I change the background colour on my header?? please take a look at the following page click here where it says

"MCSE World Forums > Tech Talk Forums > Windows Items and Issues > Windows XP"

I want to change the colour of this background but I have not been able to do it. I have changed the colour in the style sheet, but other backgrounds change and I dont want this. Is there an easy way to change this back ground??
