I am a begiiner in this adding things...
I don't where to add the padding codes....

can any one help me in letting me know .....
a bit with directions also will help regarding where I mean the location like Admincp --> languages & styles --> some one help me sir......

my board is looking like broken peices in the Xtreme V2 style in opera...If some can help me I will make it look better....
