Here it is now:

Server Load: 456.64 » 453.71 : 446.14

I tried getting hold of my partner but his email got kicked back and I am dead in the water until I can get ahold of him. the site is still up and ruinnung and the Arcade hasn't slowed down at all though. There must be a bug in Apache 1.3.31 or PHP 4.3.9 somewhere that gives false readings. I don't klnow what else it could be and still have the site up and running.
