That includes that the moderators over there are payed by Jelsoft, and will also just help you if you have not hacked your board.

Vbulletin.org is a community for coders and those who want to modify their board.
The vb.org team is doing this job as volunteers, and is not contracted by Jelsoft in any way.
Of course we are on the same server as vb.com and can use the licensesystem, but as said, we are a community board, and no real supportboard.
