I had a play around with this chat room for a client all but a couple of weeks ago now. It works but I found it absolutely useless really. The instructions for vB integration work, but it's very loose. There's no instructions on how to integrate it into your forum layout, and as far as skinning I could only find documentation on how to change colors. In the end myself and my client settled with SigmaChat
