I seem to have ran into a major problem. As I was adding the new phrases I got up to the last one for Control Panel Stop Message and when I clicked save it logged me out (without confirming it created the new phrase), now I am constantly being logged out, I literally cant stay logged in for more than 5 seconds. modcp doesnt stay logged in either.

Anyone know what happened and how I can fix this?

also after I uploaded the changed files I got this error on the first admincp page:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: construct_nav_option() in /home/polykarb/public_html/admincp/index.php on line 436

on line 436 it says: construct_nav_option("General Settings", 'arcadeadmin.php?do=general', '<br />');
