Send out registered users a list of say the top 5-10 threads with the most replies and / or the last 5-10 threads posted in any given time frame?

I know there was a non-vb company that offered a script like this for around $40 several months ago however their site seems to have disappeared since i first saw it.

Basically, im looking for something i can set to 'auto-pilot' and every week or whatever it just sends out links to a couple of threads to my entire userbase either by PM or email to get return vistors

I would need this script to work on 2.3.2 as right now we havent upgraded to the latest release as our community members dont want us to lol
