To make only loged in member or user awaiting email can use contact us

How can i make it only members that loged in or members that is in awaiting email comfirm group can user the contact us at the bottom of the page to send email to webmaster?

I don't wnat to allow anyone to send email some ppl they just type in fake email and spam the email boxes.

Anyone got any idea or is there already a hack for it?
