I created a new usergroup. I allow users in that usergroup to view the arcade but disallow them to play or send Private Messages. However, they can still challenge other users in the arcade.

Is there a way to prevent them from having the capability to challenge other users? I don't want them to challenge other users because first of all they can't read their private messages (telling them about the arcade challenge) anyway. Second, when they challenge somone a private message is sent to that person and I don't want that. This can cause a flood of unwanted private messages about arcade challenge.
