I hop esomeone can help me since this I think is pretty simple but I haven found the place to put it properly.

what do I want?
Simple: My forum www.clioclub.com.mx
is close to non registered user so everyone attemping to get there gets the login screen in VB3.03.

I wan tto put a simple clickable image that states the forum conditions to join and the e mails of those to contact.
I have already made a Gif file with the anouncement and the link to the e mail but I haven found wher to put it in VB303 so it appears.

I have fiddled with the templates and the login.php archive but eiother it doesnt appear at all or it gets a php error or worse a parse error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
