vb.org Archive - View Single Post - A login that doesn't change "last visited"

Hey guys,

I can throw in the includes and get the login to work on pages outside of my forums. What I'd like to do though is have a login that doesn't affect the last visited date. The reason for this is that many of my users use the "new posts" link and obviously if you go to the site for two seconds for some quick research or something, you may not want to read all the new posts; and you don't want to have to comb through all the forums next time you visit looking for new posts.

Ideas?
