And about the eta, you can do the math:
Things I have to do before v3 final

• Finish redesign of ACP (approx 60 % done now)
• Look over the entire current hack, especially Speed and Evade, and clean up their function in battle.
• Code about 10 new features, out of which about 3-4 are as big as some of the hacks in the Major Additions.... The tournament alone is almost as big as this hack in its own, at least if Im making it better than Inferno's

Now does it sound like I can give an eta? :P
