There's a misleading in 4images config file. 4Images sometime check "user-id" and "user_level" for GUEST. you are unlucky enough to put 1 as user_level for guest

=> there's several user_info['user_id'] = GUEST; => seeing you as guest (and show the login box), but in the admin function part,it only check for userlevel
