Yep, that's what I meant; it refreshes the entire page after you place a shout. It's quite annoying especially when you're trying to have a live chat with someone and you have to scroll down several pages to reply.
If there's no way around this there should at least be a way to play an anchor at the shoutbox so it automatically goes there after the full page refresh... but having the entire page refresh is a LOT slower so that would in my opinion be a last resort.
