I've tried to use sql to insert one new member through phpMyAdmin. Unfortunately, the total number of members for the stats at the bottom of the index remains the same. I've tried to update statistics through the admincp but the value remains the same prior to the insert of the new member.

Update: I can login with this new member that was added. The email address shows up when I generate a mailinglist.

FIXED: It turns out that if I add another user to through admincp then the stats updates properly.
