It would appear similar to Sticky or Announcement, but you can choose the custom options to be displayed next to your thread title when you create a new thread.

I have a hip hop forum and i want to be able to seperate "Lyrical" and "Verbal" battles so i need this hack for when a member makes a new battle thread they select the option and its much easier to sort through the two different types of battles...
