sure that with a background image of 65k and 140k, loaded with each browser visit, you may encounter a high bandwidth usage... i would suggest you to use minimal background images or even colors, and take the smallest size possible for all your buttons and files... for now, i used about 1meg just to visit your pages... if you have 100 visitors per day, it will grow to 3 gigs per month just for the first pages...
