Well it was enabled when we upgraded to vb3, but after a few month we decided to disable it again, as it didn't work out that well.

The similar threads weren't as similar as wanted, and so it wasn't helpful most of the time, so to save the server from additional work it was disabled again.
and as you can see, for a long time noone really noticed, so it wasn't a real loss
