I asked him to do a simple job for me back in July. He asked for $60 for the job, $30 to start, $30 on completion.

I sent the $$ via paypal. He picked up the cash and blantantly ignored my various requests to return the $$.

I agree. He's a thief.

And before anyone tells me to talk to him directly opposed to venting here in this forum. . . .been there done that.
