I'm a licenced customer and have been for just shy of a year. I was responding to a request by someone else for some help but couldn't reach them.
No they haven't responded to PM's as they have got Private Messaging DISABLED and there is NO email address in their profile, NO homepage to try that way (they have it set to vb.org which is extremely useful

)
They have most likely set it so that they DO NOT recieve email via the site.
I tried searching for the same user name on vBT and vB.com and it is not there, but they could have just used a different username.

I think it should be in big red letters at the top of that forum and possibly in the create new thread/post for that forum too. That way there is no getting away with saying that you didn't know.
I'm not one for reading announcements (yes I know it gets me in bother sometimes) so I know that there will be [a lot of] others like me in that respect.
If no contact information is available then should the thread be still open? I say NO!
