I upgraded yesterday. Took me less than 2 hours with 5 hacks (PM, Avatar, Polls, BFC WebLog, NewsFader).

2) Please, run makepolltables.php again and copy, paste, post the error you recieved so we can get the exact info.
I have not tested the hack for 1.1.5 yet, but there should be no changes.

Could you paste the error here?
