So all I want to do is make it so my site uses the vbulletin login so my visitors only have to login once. I thought what I was after was a "portal" so I gave vbindex a spin and that turned into quite the little disaster.

It seems like this should be really simple, all I need is the bit of code that checks for the cookie for whoever and if it's not there directs them to the registration/login page and I want it to work on any page on my site.

Can someone please point my bewildered behind in the right direction?
