for some reason the only time i am able to vote on a pole is when i am an administrator. I have set all permissions to the appropriate level for the poll forum. but it still will not allow registered users, or even moderators vote. when somone other than an administrator votes, it directs to a page that says

"you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

any idea what i might have done. is it just a permissions issue that i have totally overlooked?
