ok this is my problem.

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.

I got it to work on my other browser but i get the Error on IE... so almost all my viewers would see that error.

The thing is i made the portal inside my site layout and i have my own set of meta tags... but i have no idea why its saying it can't set cookies..(when i remove line 7 there is still the error :/)
