The people at this site who provide support for requests such as yours do so on a voluntary basis. For the most part, they do what they can within the limited time they have available... for no other reason than the fact that they sincerely wish to help other people and to share their expertise with others who are actively trying to learn more about this.

This is NOT a customer service department or a tech support help desk; these people don't get paid or compensated at all for all the advice they give us.

You bought a program from the official source -- that means you own it (or you've leased it) and you're pretty much expected to manage your site and your forums by yourself. So ... if you ask for help and nobody responds because your request was overlooked ... then simply ask again in a courteous manner. (You won't get much help from anyone by offending people at this forum. Nobody here owes anyone anything.)
