I'm going to leave it in the not recommended section, simply because I don't recommend it and as I've mentioned, I'm only recommending plain-text editors as they are 99.99% guranteed to work for anyone when it comes to editing vBulletin files.
I may however, add the section about Dreamweaver that you suggested at a later date..
