First of all a warm welcome to vBulletin.org I'll cut straight to the chase, Jerry from vBulletin.com is the developer for the great import system vBulletin offers (ImpEx). If you send over a PM to him at vBulletin.com, requesting this importer I'm sure he'll do his best to help you. The system for impex is modular, meaning it's quite easy for Jerry to create the importers. All he normally needs is test data. If you send a PM to him at vBulletin.com, and if you were to provide the test data, he may be able to come up with an importer for you. However, I do believe you'll have to purchase your vBulletin license before he can provide you with any kind of service.
