vb.org Archive - View Single Post - New users cannot post links?

Hope this isn't too silly a request - I'd like to be able to use a hack for vB3 where users cannot post active links, until they have achieved "x" post count.

Preferably, the links would simply remain as text, rather than be covered in unformated vbcode.

Think I've seen something similar for vB 2.x but I couldn't find anything for 3.x
