I've just arrived at your site and I have no idea what it is about? You have forums for off-topic chat yet it seems from your domain that you're some kind of systems provider. You should always make some introductory text at the top of your forums to outline it's purpose, it's audience, what it's about and it's goals

Also you're using a templated skin, I suggest if you want to stand out and have a unique identity you look into either customizing it a little, or invest in having a custom skin made
