vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Split Forum Home Catagories

I have been searching high and low for a vb3 version of splitting the catagories on the home page. Either the posts are for vb2 and from 2001/02 or the post says check www.vbulletintemplates.com.

Neither of which have what I am desperately seeking. I would like to split my catagories, but I can NOT find nfo pertaining to vb version 3.

Can anyone link me to a thread with the new instructions?
