The "VB Weather" file is the basic hack. You need to download this file. The "New DB" file is for those people who get timeout errors when adding the db changes. This file does it in smaller pieces so it can be done easier. The "Cron Task" file is what you need to run the cron tasks this hack needs.

The FORUMHOME template is what is used to show what appears on the main page of your forum. The FORUMHOME link (which is also in the first post of this thread) is the modification you need to do (after you have installed the hack) to get a weather display to appear on the main page of your forum.
