vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Promotion system - taking a user out of a catagory?

I had a small hack for vb2 that let me add a user to a usergroup when they hit a certain post amount and I know I can use the promotion system to do that in vb3, but can the promotion system then take them out of that usergroup when they hit the next post count?

If not, know a simple way of doing that?
