adminCP.. login there.. look to the left frame.. Styles and Templates.. Go to Style Manager, select edit templates from the dropdown menu.. then edit the navbar template..

vBa CMPS i am sure added it's own custom navbar (more than likely, I don't have it installed).. it should be above the normal templates.. look for something titled navbar, vbanavbar or whatever it may be called..

it's actually very simple.. you may also want to read the admin/user guide that's available from within your member account at vB.com..

and i am sure there is indeed a template to edit for the registration page as well..
