Hello,

This describes how to make floodcontrol for different usergroups for vb 2, we have vb3 and things changed or so it seems.

We had such a system in Ikonboard (custom) and it worked great. I'm totally lost with PHP and this software, some pointers will be appreciated.
I guess we have to apply it to newthread and newreply?
