Need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry but my english isn't very good...

A guest visit 15.06.2004 my forum and do this:

Today the same:

Gast Aufenthaltsort unbekannt
/shoutbox/expanded.php

IP: 201.0.138.142

In the german Board a user think it was a hacker.

Now my question:
Can a hacker the forum over the Shoutbox hacken?
What can i do to stop him?

Please help me.
