vb.org Archive - View Single Post - How can I read members' PMs if necessary?

I've been getting some disturbing information that a couple members are sending "threatening" PMs, as well as attempting to "recruit" people for (something). I'd like the ability to read the PMs of the suspect members. How can that be done?

Parameters:

ONLY I would have access. No other Admins/Mods

I would NOT want to set any messages to "read" status when reading them, nor send a "read receipt"
